Katie Crosbie joined the KFDX 3 news team in the summer of 2007.  She grew up in the much colder climate of Lakeville, Minnesota, surrounded by a wonderfully supportive network of family and friends.

Katie graduated from California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, California, in May of 2007.  During college, Katie interned at KCBS/KCAL in Los Angeles; WSMV in Nashville, and WTTG in Washington, D.C.  She had the opportunity to appear on the TODAY Show in February of 2007 as a semifinalist on their "Anchor for TODAY" contest.  Katie says her experience on the TODAY Show convinced her that TV news was her calling.

Katie says she absolutely loves KFDX and the friendly, welcoming people here in Texoma. She believes everybody has a story worth telling, and she hopes her reports make a positive difference.
