This is the Black Ankle Winery. "Not only are we energy efficient, you can nearly eliminate heating and cooling in this building." The vineyard started "going green" with its new tasting room. The building was made of locally milled wood. Straw bales were used for insulation. That alone could save 75 percent on heating and cooling.
