Wichita County Sheriff David Duke says around two o' clock this afternoon Trevor Stewart poured gasoline into a large pit at the business to burn off wood and tree branches.

But Duke says once he ignited the debris the vapors from the gasoline caused a flash fire.

Stewart suffered burns on about 50% of his body.

The fire has been ruled accidental.
