David Lee Fairchild had been on trial for fraudulently possessing ten pieces or more of identifying information. The district attorney says the charge stems from an incident last October in which Fairchild attempted to use stolen credit cards at Kohl's. But when he was confronted by a store manager Fairchild ran off and dropped two wallets in the parking lot, which contained personal documents that did not belong to Fairchild. He's now awaiting sentencing.
