A cold front brings some cooler temps and rain chances for the first part of the week......
A cold front looks to bring a taste of fall weather to the area this evening and tomorrow.  Temperatures today are still expected to be near normal, but with the cold front expected across all of Texoma by tonight, temperatures behind it will feel like fall.  Lows tonight will drop into the upper 50s behind the front and highs tomorrow will rise only into the low 80s.  A slight chance for some showers and storms will accompany the front on its way through the area.  We are still watching Hurricane Ike, currently over Cuba, as it moves to the northwest.  The late week forecast is very dependent on what direction Ike will take in the Gulf of Mexico.  It's still unsure what will end up steering the hurricane as it enters the Gulf late Wednesday into Thursday.  We'll be watching the storm very closely to see how it will impact our weather.
