Breast cancer and all the other types of cancer are the main reason The American Cancer Society hosts Relay For Life events in various parts of the world, the nation, and right here in Texoma. The Relay is a fundraiser with a goal of trying to raise money to push research that much closer to a cure for every type of cancer. And this Friday, it's Jack County hosting its version of the Relay For Life. These Relays are always fun and family- friendly. Jack County's Relay For Life will be held at the Jacksboro Middle School practice field, starting at six pm Friday night. If you have any questions, call Jake Truette .. with The American Cancer Society. His number is (940) 636-6311.
