Man Charged with Three Counts of Child Sex Assault

    A 63-year-old Wichita Falls man is behind bars after police say he sexually assaulted two young girls over the course of two years.
    Kenneth Wayne Landrum is charged with three counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child under 14 years of age.
    According to court documents, the alleged incidents occurred in 2007 and 2008.
    One of the victims claims she was sleeping one night but was awakened by Landrum touching her private parts.
    Investigators say the victim was nine years old at the time of the abuse.
    Landrum is being held in Wichita County Jail on $1.5 million worth of bonds.
