A 23-year-old man is indicted by a Wichita County Grand Jury on an aggravated robbery charge for the October robbery of a local convenience store.
Police say Ryan Wayne Brown robbed the Zoom In Food Store on Seymour Highway.
According to the arrest affidavit, the store owner said a white male in his 20's with a small black pistol demanded money from cash register, and then grabbed the money before fleeing.
Police say the robbery happened shortly after 10 p.m. Oct. 26.
The affidavit states police located a small black pistol while searching a residence where Brown lives, but that the pistol turned out to be a pellet gun that resembles a semi-automatic handgun.
