Wichita Falls police arrest a man on a felony drug warrant after they recognized him while he was walking down the street.
Yesterday an officer saw 42-year-old Phillip Lee Tyler walking in the 13-hundred block of Martin Luther King.
The officer knew Tyler had a warrant out for his arrest for the charge of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance.
Tyler was arrested, and he's now being held in the Wichita County Jail on a $20-thousand bond.
