Husband and Wife Hospitalized After Brutal Home Invasion

Police say a would-be burglar broke into a family's home in Bedford, New Hampshire and attacked the husband and wife.

New Hampshire police continue to investigate the violent home invasion that occurred in an upscale Bedford neighborhood Saturday night.

Police say the family was home Saturday night when someone broke inside and attacked the husband and wife -- but did not hurt the couple's young child.

According to police, both victims remain hospitalized.
