Three people are in the Wichita County Jail this evening after Wichita Falls police execute search warrants at two homes.
Yesterday members of the organized crime unit served a warrant in the 1300 block of 34th Street. 25-year-old Manuel Madrigal was charged with one count of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance over 4 and under 200 grams, and also 3 counts of abandoning or endangering a child.
Bond on the drug charge was set at 100-thousand dollars and bonds of 10-thousand dollars were set on each of the other charges. Police say they seized 71 grams of cocaine, scales, and cash in the home.
Two more arrests were made today when the organized crime unit and K-9 unit entered a home in the 2800 block of Baltimore with a warrant.
44-year-old Clinton Ray Durham is charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance. 36-year-old Kelly Marshall was arrested on outstanding warrants of theft. Police say they seized meth, scales, packaging material and pills.
