Two Wichita Falls Brothers Charged with Aggravated Assault

Wichita Falls Police say two brothers are charged with aggravated assualt after an altercation on the 100 block of Terrace Street earlier this month. 

Police say officers responded to a shots fired call on December 8th. Justin Reid Boree was arrested and charged with three counts of aggravated assualt after allegedly shooting Jason Gamblins in the neck and attacking two others. Boree's bonds total 300-thousand dollars. 

His brother, Christopher Boree, was also arrested in this same incident and is charged with two counts of aggravated assault for punching two men in face, shattering one man's orbital eye socket. His bond has been set at 200-thousand dollars.
