Iowa Medical Chopper Crash Kills Three

A nurse, a paramedic and a pilot are killed when their medical helicopter plunges into the ground and bursts into flames. 

The crash happened last night near Mason City, Iowa. The medical crew was heading about 78 miles west of Mason City, to pick up a patient, but they never made their destination. 

Authorities have not determined what caused the chopper to crash.
