A 42-year-old Wichita Falls man is now sentenced for burglarizing area homes.
Eric Walters was found guilty of burglary of a habitation.
And today, he was sentenced to 250 days in state jail.
Police say he and two others burglarized a house in the 11-hundred block of Amber.
Witnesses told them three people were inside the home with flashlights, and then left in a blue van.
Soon after that, officers pulled over the van in the 24-hundred block of Iowa Park Rd.
