Jury Selection Underway in Agg. Sexual Assault Trial

In the 89th District Court, prosecution and defense attorneys are working to pick an impartial jury for an aggravated sexual assault trial.
Forty-five year-old Efrain Muniz of Wichita Falls is going to trial on that charge this week.
According to court documents, police say Muniz inappropriately touched the victim in February 2011.
The victim alleges Muniz used words or actions to threaten said victim.
Muniz remains in the Wichita County Jail on a $100-thousand bond.
