A blanket of fog clouded vision for Texoma drivers this morning and at least two crashes have been blamed on low visibility.

The first happened just after 8 this morning at the intersection of Burkburnett Road and Pleasantview Drive.

Police say a car heading south on Burkburnett Road was struck by a truck turning from Pleasantview.

Officers on the scene say the truck driver said he didn't see the car because of the fog. Three people were transported to the hospital by ambulance.

Less than an hour later, a semi overturned in the 19-hundred block of East Scott.
The driver told officers he didn't know the area very well, couldn't see a yield sign through the fog, and ran off the road. A passenger broke his arm in the crash and was taken from the scene by ambulance. The driver suffered minor injuries
