Dr. Len Dingler says "One of the things with cold weather you want to make sure that you're spending plenty of time to warm up. And then after your workout you're warming down. Our muscles tend to get a little more dehydrated in cold weather and people don't think about that. People associate dehydration with warm weather, but when you're out breathing the cold air you lose a lot of fluid through your respiratory effort so you have a lot more dehydration, so that's probably one of the main concerns."
