ORIGINAL:

Three men are arrested this morning near Iowa Park after allegedly breaking into a home in Kadane Corner and threatening to kill a 19-year-old man.

Wichita County Sheriff's Office Deputy Chief Derrald Choate says the man called authorities shortly before 10 this morning and says the three men kicked in a door and threatened to shoot and kill him because of an ongoing dispute.

This morning the men left without harming the man, who was able to get a description of their vehicle, direction of travel and the license number as they left.

A few minutes later a DPS trooper spotted the vehicle on FM 368 South outside Iowa Park. After questioning the three men, they were arrested on suspicion of engaging in criminal activity--burglary, and one faces an additional charge of unlawfully carrying a weapon.
