Popular Dance Goes Over Well in the Texas Panhandle

The Harlem Shake has quickly become one
of the biggest dance crazes after several videos go viral. And one group in the
Texas Panhandle wanted to host the largest attended recording of the Harlem
Shake.
More than 200 people turned out to the Cadillac Ranch just outside Amarillo over the weekend. When asked why they chose the location, organizers said they wanted to do something memorable there, in case rumors of it possibly being dismantled come true.
The group did come up short on their goal to have the highest attended recording of the Harlem Shake. Indie rock group Matt and Kim got the audience at a concert in Troy, New York to participate in a recording of the dance.
