Lunch Benefits Former Archer City VFD Chief Battling Cancer

A former volunteer Archer City fire is battling cancer and the community is asking you to support him by attending a benefit lunch this weekend.
The benefit luncheon for Jim Loftis is coming up this Sunday from 11:30 am to 3 pm at the Archer County Activity Building.
Humpert Hollar Gang will be cooking up chicken and fish strips with all the fixings.
All the proceeds from the luncheon will got to help with medical funds.
Jim, who served as a volunteer fire fighter in Archer City for over 20 years, was also committee chair for Boy Scout Troop 100.
