Child Care Worker Is Charged With Indeceney Of A Child

A Jacksboro man turns himself into authorities after allegedly touching a child inappropriately while working at a child care facility.

Forty-four year-old Robert Scott Wilson was arrested in a joint investigation by the Jacksboro Police Department and the Jack County District Attorney's Office for one count of indecency with a child.

Authorities say Wilson was a child care worker at Mother's Day Out Extreme.

Wilson's bond was posted at $15,000 and has since been released.

If he is convicted Wilson can face up to 20 years in prison for a 2nd degree felony.

The incident remains under investigation.
