UPDATED: Taco Casa 2-Alarm Blaze

UPDATE:

Fire Marshal David Collins says the business was experiencing an electrical problem and called in an order yesterday to have it repaired. But before crews could arrive, fire sparked in the ceiling and flames spread quickly.

ORIGINAL:

The 2-alarm fire at Taco Casa, off Southwest Parkway at Taft started around 6 p.m. Investigators believe the fire somehow sparked in the ceiling on the Taco Casa side of the building.
 
Then, flames spread to the convenience store side of the building. The cause of this fire is under investigation and there's no word when Taco Casa and the gas station might re-open. 

Fire officials estimate damage at possibly around $100,000.
