Researchers in Japan believe green tea and coffee could both help lower your risk of a stroke.
In a study of more than 83,000 adults, the more coffee and green tea people drank, the lower their odds of having a stroke.
Antioxidants in green tea may play a role because of their anti-inflammatory effect.
Of course certain chemicals found in coffee have been shown to lower the risk for Type II Diabetes.
