Motorcyclists across Texoma are getting ready for one of the largest motorcycling events to occur in Wichita Falls every year.
This year's Compassion Run is taking place next week.
A dozen motorcycle clubs will come together to raise money and awareness for a local cause.
This year's cause is Straight Street Ministries for Youth.

Ricky Scales, a member of the Community Motorcyclists Association, encourages the community to come out and support Texoma's youth.

"Really, the focus for us is helping these youth in the community. You know, motorcyclists in general have a soft place in their heart for the youth of our communities and this is an opportunity for us to come together to directly benefit some of these youth," Scales says.
Last year, nearly 300 riders took part in the run raising more than $12,000.
This year's Compassion Run will be held pn Saturday, March 23.
It all starts at Evangel Temple located at 3800 Barnett Road.
It is $15 for single riders and $20 for doubles.
Registration begins at 9 a.m. and the first bike will roll out at 10 a.m.
A Biker Sunday will be held at the church on Sunday, March 24, starting at 10 a.m. and a check will be presented to Straight Street during that service.
