Free Thanksgiving Meals Served Up in Texoma

Several organizations are offering free Thanksgiving day meals to Texomans who would otherwise spend the holiday alone.

In Wichita Falls, Faith Mission will serve Thanksgiving day meals at 1 p.m., and 8 p.m. at their location at 1300 Travis Street.

The Connection Church at 1113 Sheppard Access Road is dishing up delicious turkey plates starting Thursday at 2 p.m.

If you don't have a way to get to the church don't worry.

Call (940) 237-7001 for the church van bus to pick you up.

In Wilbarger County, Pat and Glenna Bryant are hosting their 25th Annual Thanksgiving Day Meal.

Lunch is from 11 a.m. to noon, at the Wilbarger Auditorium at 2100 Yamparika Street in Vernon.

In Seymour, KSEY FM Radio and the Seymour Housing Authority will deliver free holiday dinners to the elderly who will be alone on Thanksgiving day.

To get on the delivery list call the Seymour Housing Authority at 940-889-3637 by 2 p.m., Tuesday, November 22nd.

Meals will be delivered Wednesday, November 23rd, between 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m.
