Sixty-six year-old Muhammad "Mo" Ahmad, the owner of Mo's Grocery on Iowa Park Road, died after being shot during an apparent robbery attempt.
Right now they're not releasing how they found the weapon.
All they'll say is that they were able to locate that weapon yesterday, and it's now in possession of the police department.
Two suspects are in police custody in connection with the shooting.
Nineteen-year-old Michael Shay Graves is charged with capital murder.
He's being held in the Wichita County Jail on a $1.5 million bond for capital murder and a bond just more than $5-thousand for violation of probation.
According to an arrest affidavit, Graves turned himself in to officers just after three yesterday afternoon on Kinsale Court.
Seventeen-year-old Clifton John Russell IV is also in police custody.
Russell was arrested Tuesday.
He's also charged with capital murder, and is being held in the Wichita County Jail on a $1.5 million bond.
Court documents state Russell was watching the news Monday night with his family when family members recognized him in surveillance photos from the store.
The affidavit states Russell admitted to being there and to shooting Mo Ahmad, and that Russell's grandfather and other family members contacted police.
It goes on to say Graves admitted to going to Mo's Grocery with the intent of robbing the store, and that Graves stood at the door while Russell entered to rob the clerk.
Surveillance video shows two suspects entering Mo's Grocery, and then one man points a gun at Ahmad.
He was shot once in the chest and was rushed to a hospital where he died from his injuries.
