Police say a Wichita Falls woman had to snatch her baby away from a man as he and three other men were attempting to flee after an apparent home invasion this morning.
That incident happened just before 7 a.m.
Four men went to the home located in the 700 block of Baylor, but the resident refused to let them in.
Police say the men forced entry into the home and one man displayed a gun and threatened the resident.
The men reportedly picked up a crib with a baby in it and tried to flee the residence, but the homeowner was able to grab the baby.
A neighbor who saw the incident contacted police.
Officers arrested 25-year-old Derek Anthony Palmer and 25-year-old William Robert Emmett.
Both are charged with engaging in organized criminal activity for burglary of a habitation.
Twenty-three year-old Brian Scott Duncan is charged with engaging in organized criminal activity.
He was also arrested on warrants.
Thirty-nine year-old Jarrad Hawkins was arrested and charged with engaging in organized criminal activity for burglary of a habitation.
He received additional charges of possession of a controlled substance for meth and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.
