Elementary students at Notre Dame are getting some tips on how to stay fit from Midwestern sports and leisure students.

For three weeks the students will be working together.

They hope to get the Notre Dame students to pass the PE Central Challenge.

It includes six different tests, testing their hand-eye coordination and agility.

And though the MSU students aren't taking the test they say they are learning their own lesson.

"It teaches us how to keep up with them on their skill level and to help them and to progress more," said Taylor Parker a Senior studying Sports and Leisure at MSU.

This is Notre Dame's first year using the PE Central Challenge to test their students.

The students say they enjoy getting healthy and fit.
