Maxie "Max" Delano Green is in the Wichita County Jail on a charge of tampering with a witness.
His bond is set at $250,000.
Green is the owner of "A-to-Z Bail Bonds".
Green was arrested today on a warrant.
The affidavit states that he told a witness in the case to tell authorities the sexual assault "never happened" and it also states that he told the witness to go home and practice in front of a mirror on how to answer the questions and that he would take care of her financial needs if she cooperated.
According to an arrest affidavit, the alleged sexual assault of a child occurred July 15, 2011 in Archer County.
A seven-year-old girl was interviewed by CPS and police, and told them Green took off her pants and underwear in a bedroom and the molested her.
She also says the assaults occurred more than one time and that Green made her "pinky promise" not to tell anyone or else he would get in trouble.
