Heavy Rain Prompt Water Rescue

Heavy rains caused some scary moments for people in a Wichita Falls car and emergency crews had to scramble to save the occupants from high, rushing water.
By the time our crews arrived to the 2200 block of Monroe Street the water was down.
However, around 4:40 p.m. crews were called there because a vehicle reportedly had water seeping in the windows and there were several people, including a child, inside.
Thankfully, fire officials tell us everyone did make it out safely.
