Second Story Apartment Fire in Wichita Falls Under Investigation

Wichita Falls Fire Department respond to an apartment fire overnight and at this time no injuries are reported.
It happened just after 11:00 in the 1700 block of 8th Street.
Officials say the fire started in an apartment on the second story.
They say the resident got out safely.
At this time the cause of the fire remains under investigation but officials say they are looking at two to three different points of interest where the fire could have sparked.
Flames were contained to one apartment but two apartments sustained an estimated $30,000 worth of water damage.
