The past two weeks we have tackled the topic of concussions in our Athletic Advantage series.
While girls suffer concussions at a higher rate than boys, we begin a two week look at shoulder injuries. Injuries more likely to be suffered by boys.
High school athletes should ask their trainers or contact United Regional's Sports Medicine Program for exercises to best suit your needs.
For more on shoulder injuries please click the play icon associated with this story.
Next week Tobin  McDuff delves in deeper to explore the rehabilitation process associated with shoulder injuries.
