They've been wearing pink all month long but now they're gearing up for their annual Operation Santa Claus campaign.

the Wichita Fire Department is showcasing a brand new ATV for their Christmas cause.

The "camo" 4-wheeler is set to be raffled at their dinner dance fundraiser which raises funds to buy gifts for children in need.

"We have always tried to help out between one thousand and 15 hundred kids, which turns out to be upwards of 3 thousand families," said Rusty Sheppard.

The dinner dance is on November 24th at elk's lodge at 7 p.m.

Tickets cost one hundred dollars per couple and only three hundred tickets will be sold.

To buy tickets you can go to fire station one on bluff street or fire station eight on southwest parkway.

And don't forget all those who attend will have the chance to win the ATV.
