26th Annual Vernon Community Thanksgiving Meal Reservations End Soon

Registration for home delivery from one of Texoma's largest free community meals is now underway in Vernon.The 26th Annual Vernon Community Thanksgiving Meal put on by Pat and Glenna Bryant will be from noon to 2 P.M. next Thursday.

The meal includes turkey, ham, dressing and lots of sides, including of course the okra gumbo and an assortment of desserts. They are now taking reservations for deliveries which will be delivered between 11 A.M. and noon Thanksgiving day.

If you want a meal delivery in Vernon, you can call 552-5895. Leave your name, address, phone number, and the number of meals you need on the answering machine. The deadline to register for a meal delivery is this Sunday evening at 5.
