One Missouri family is able to find some humor in a time of mourning. Loren Lickteig, an Air Force veteran and former Grandview councilman, passed away November 14.

His obituary, printed in The Kansas City Star, reads as follows: "Loren G. 'Sam' Lickteig passed away on Nov. 14, 2012 of complications from MS and heartbreaking disappointment caused by the Kansas City Chiefs."

Lickteig's daughter, Jennifer, said her dad was a longtime Chiefs fan. "My dad was such a comedian," she said. "He loved the Chiefs, so we had to let him have the last word."
