We all know about Black Friday for shopping, but what about Black Wednesday, also known as "black out" Wednesday? The night before Thanksgiving is considered one of the busiest nights of the year for restaurants and bars.

With people stressing about the holiday, restaurants and bars say it's people's way to relax but with unfortunate consequences. Joey Kittrell, manager of Parkway Grill told us, "They can get themselves taken care of, rather then taking care of their family the next day. They come in here and we take care of them before they go home and have to prep before they take care of their entire family."

Wichita Falls Police Department say because of the annual festivities they will be out with extra officers patroling-watching for speeding, DWI's and all other violations.
