Authorities Say Bowie Man Accused Of Murder... Kills Himself

 Authorities in Wise County say a Bowie man charged with killing 28 year old Samantha McNorton has apparently killed himself. Sheriff David Walker says 29 year old David Malone hanged himself Wednesday night. According to the sheriff... Malone was arrested last week on a sexual assault charge in Parker County and then led deputies to McNorton's remains. Authorities say Malone told them that he suspected McNorton of cheating on him and contended he acted in the heat of passion. He had a decade-long criminal record and had been held under $2 million bail.
