YMCA Holiday Trimmings

For 10 years, the Wichita Falls YMCA has encouraged residents to get up and get moving through their Holiday Trimmings program. Organizers say it's a great way to keep the weight off during the holidays, and get a jump start on your new year's fitness resolution.

You can get a 6 week membership to the YMCA from Dec. 5, 2012 to Jan. 16, 2013 for $10! Membership includes: Access to all the WF YMCA facilities, Indoor Running Tracks, Strength and Cardio Training Equipment, Indoor Pools, Fitness Classes, Gyms, Locker Rooms with Whirlpools, Dry Saunas, & Steam Rooms, Racquetball Courts, Discounted Child Watch Center rates, and Weekly Prizes and Giveaways!

All participants who weigh in every Wednesday, from Dec. 5^th (first weigh in day) through Jan. 9^th (final weigh in day) will be entered in a drawing for a $500. gift card to Jerry's Sporting Goods. Participants will be excused from weighing in on Dec. 26^th.

Prizes for highest percentage weight lost will be given to top 3 males and top 3 females:

1^st place - 1 Year Family Membership

2^nd place - 1 Year Individual Membership

3^rd place - 6 Month Individual Membership
