The first round of defendants from a June federal drug round up at a Wichita Falls motel is sentenced today.

Danielle Latrese Vasquez is sentenced to three years in federal prison. She is also sentenced drug treatment and mental health programs, if applicable. Shaun Royalty is sentenced to eight years in federal prison. Tommy Gene Randle is sentenced to five years in federal prison. Catrina Davis is sentenced to two years in federal prison. She'll also have to undergo a drug treatment program, vocational training, and parenting and life skills classes, if applicable.

They along with 26 others are charged with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute a cocaine base of 280 grams or more. They were charged after an investigation that began before New Years Day in 2009 and wrapped up earlier this year.

FBI officials installed a camera on a light pole in the Budget Inn parking lot and recorded activity at the motel for more than a year. Assistant US Attorney Brandon Mccarthy says most of the defendants were caught on camera selling drugs to undercover agents.
