Tis the season for eating and the YMCA is offering you a way to keep those festive pounds at bay.

For just ten dollars you can participate in the Holiday Trimmings Contest that runs for the next six weeks. The signup and weigh in is tomorrow and then you will step on the scale each Wednesday to track your progress.

You can sign up at the downtown Y or the Bill Bartley Family Branch, but wherever you first weigh in is where you will tracked throughout the contest. All participants will be entered to win a $500 gift card to Jerry's Sporting Goods.

For more information call 761-1000.
