The man police say murdered a Wichita Falls mother of three and the same man who lunged at one of our photographers outside a Wichita County courtroom is due back in court tomorrow.

Jerry Joe Garza is scheduled to appear in the 78th district court for hearings on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and murder. Garza is charged with the murder of 32-year-old Monica Partida, his former girlfriend.

Partida's body was found in her home on Britain on February 9th. Garza was already in jail when he was charged with Monica  Partida's murder. He'd already been charged with biting and assaulting two men in a bar who reportedly danced with her.

As far as the Partida murder, authorities say Garza rode a bus into Jolly from Dallas, took a taxi to-and-from the murder scene, and then rode a bus back to Dallas. Garza's bonds total 3.5 million dollars.
