Police say 19-year-old Jason White was driving with two passengers in his pick up truck when he struck the back of a Ford Fusion heading in the same direction.

When the Ford's driver and passenger were struck from behind, the passenger was immediately ejected from the vehicle, even though she was wearing a seatbelt. Their Ford Fusion then hit and forced a parked car up onto a resident's front yard.

Police say the pick-up truck continued moving, hitting a parked patrol car, which then made its final crash where the accident came to a halt. Four people were taken to the hospital.

The driver of the pick-up truck that allegedly started the accidents was arrested for two counts of intoxication assault.

UPDATE:

Police say 19-year-old Meagan Rough had been in critical condition, but has now been declared deceased.
