The Wichita County Grand Jury indicts a 45-year-old man who Wichita Falls police say is responsible for three local robberies.
Gregory Maurice Easter will go to trial on one charge of aggravated robbery, and two counts of robbery.
Police say Easter is responsible for the October 16th robbery of the Shell Station on Northwest Freeway, the robbery of The Shop and Go on 32nd street just three days later, and on that same day, another robbery at Murphy's USA Station on Airport Dive. In this robbery a witness obtained a license tag number.
Officers later located that vehicle parked outside the French Quarter Apartments and arrested Easter. They say a search warrant was obtained and they recovered a black toy pellet gun and clothes matching the description of the robber.
