One person is arrested and three others injured after fists then bullets fly at a weekend barbecue in Burkburnett.

Thirty year old Justin Boree remains in the Wichita County jail on a $100,000 bond for aggravated assault.

Burkburnett Detective Jeff Krc says that charge stems from an argument that started Saturday night at a house where friends were gathered.

Thirty-four year old Benjamin Mullins suffered a gunshot wound to the neck.

Police say 34 year old Michael Stimpson and 33 year old Jason Gamblin were both beaten up and suffered serious injuries.

All were taken to a local hospital but there is no word on their conditions.

According to Detective Krcinterviews continue in this case and other charges are pending.
