Violence erupts at an Orlando McDonald's on Christmas day.

That's where a wheelchair bound man waiting in line for his food was stabbed to death. Police say the suspect first tried to take his cash and then stabbed the man multiple times when he refused to give it up.

The victim later died at the hospital. 38-year-old Jerry Tyson was arrested after fleeing into some nearby woods behind the McDonald's restaurant. He is charged with second degree murder, robbery and resisting an officer with violence.

Authorities say Tyson was recently released from state prison and has a history of violence that includes other stabbings.
