A man who police say sexually assaulted a woman before leaving the scene in her vehicle is indicted by the Wichita County Grand Jury.
Thirty-two year-old Chesley Austin will face trial for unauthorized use of a vehicle.
He was no-billed for the sexual assault charge.
Police say Austin took the car from a house in the 14-hundred block of Taylor.
Officers later found the car in the 13-hundred block of Fillmore, which is also where Austin's home is located.
And a teenager who police say committed a string of car burglaries in a Wichita Falls neighborhood is also indicted.
Seventeen-year-old Raymond Alaniz will go to trial for criminal mischief.
Officers say they found evidence that he and two others broke into at least four cars and broke into one garage so they could take things from a car parked inside.
