Starbucks wants you to buy it and reuse it in an effort to cut back on waste.

Starting today, Starbucks chains across the nation are selling these reusable cups for one dollar.

Customers who use the cup or any other reusable container get a ten cent discount for each refill as well as a boiling water cleanse for the container.

Starbucks tested the effort in 600 pacific northwest stores starting last October, and in November, saw a 26% boost in reusable cup usage compared to the same month in 2011.
