For the first time in a month, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is back in Washington and at work today.

The 65-year-old Clinton arrived around 9 o'clock this morning. Her first order of business is a meeting with her assistant secretaries at the State Department.

Clinton has been sidelined due to a virus and a subsequent concussion that she got after falling due to dehydration. She was hospitalized for four days after doctors determined the fall caused a blot clot in her head.

During her absence, Clinton canceled appearances at Congressional hearings related to the Benghazi attacks, leading her critics to question the validity of her illness. Clinton's tenure is winding down as the President has nominated Senator John Kerry to replace her.
