An early morning house fire in Wichita Falls is under investigation.

The call went out at 3:45 Thursday morning on the 1400 block of Harding Street.

The fire started in a one-story house.

Officials believe a space heater in the bedroom may have caused the fire.

No injures were reported.

Seven units and 20 firefighters worked the fire. It took them about 20 minutes to get it under control.

Officials say a preliminary estimate for damage is around 20-thousand dollars.
