Stuck in a car lease? You could save big by returning it early for a newer model. 

According to Edmunds.com, many folks leasing their vehicles may be eligible to upgrade to a newer car and reduce their monthly payments through lease-pull ahead offers. 

The company is advising anyone scheduled to come off a lease this year to at least explore the option. Edmunds.com also projects there'll be about 500 thousand more lease returns this year than last year.
